• Certain services may involve third-party vendors, distributors, and logistics partners

Unless explicitly stated, S Fresh Mart does not manufacture products but facilitates sourcing, distribution, and retail operations.

2. Eligibility

By using the Platform, the User confirms that:

• They are legally competent under Indian law

• They are not restricted by any legal authority

• All information provided is accurate and up to date

S Fresh Mart reserves the right to verify information and suspend accounts in case of discrepancies.

3. Account Registration & Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality

• All activities under an account are deemed authorized by the User

• Sharing login details or OTPs is strictly discouraged

• Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately

S Fresh Mart is not liable for losses due to negligence or misuse of account credentials.

4. Product Listings, Pricing & Availability

• Prices, product details, and availability may vary by location and store

• S Fresh Mart strives for accuracy but does not guarantee error-free listings

• We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors

• Product availability depends on real-time inventory

5. Order Placement & Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase

• Orders are confirmed only after verification of stock, pricing, and delivery feasibility
